Internal audit is an activity within the organization,
continuous apprisal of all transactions. Internal auditor
is directly reporting to management and have to submit
periodical reports on the observations made by the internal
audit department. Internal auditor should have freedom and
independent from any inside/outside influences.Internal
auditor is therefor helping the management in achieving the
organizational goals.
