Suppose, I m talking with mine friend and I m going to
market by car(setting).After some distance passed, mine
call will be handover to other site, this site allready
going on with full trafic than mine call will be drop or
handover to the same site .....

If the next site is running with full traffic in that case
it will try to find out is there any anather channel
present in that area with enough strenght and handover take
place with that channel. if the anather channel is also not
there and the site is running with full traffic in that
case call will drop.
