How Honeywell FSC is functioning and what is its purpose?
Can we bypasa it and only use DCS instead of that.

You shouldn't bypass FSC because it has is own unique
functionalities apart from normal DCS. it is particularly
designed for unique systems according to the safety need of
that particular system.
