DAYS HOLIDAYS PER MONTH)769.23 PER DAY (ie is 8 hours) RULE
IS 8 HOUR ,SO 769.23/4= 192.30 PER HOUR. SUPPOSE WE
WORKING 10 HOURS OT, he gets 1,923/- extra.
