32 bit os means 2^32 that is 0 to 4,294,967,295 bits or 4GB
represents it's process of calculation.Otherhand 64 bit OS
means 2^64 is 0 to 18,446,744,073,709,551,615 bits
represents its process of calculation Microsoft has
released a beta version of Windows XP that takes advantage
of the 64 bit technology, but there are still issues and
all vendors aren't release their 64 bits softwares.
