Balance sheet is nothing but the clear reflection of
company financial or economic position .
Ways to measure the good or bad economic condition of the
company through balance sheet –
. in the balance sheet it clearly shows the company capital
position , which means for good economic condition
Working capital ratio should be more compare to our loan
liability .
.and the recoverable loan & the assets should be more then
the current liability
.and obviously the carry forwarded NP (net profit ) should
be more compare to last financial year position .
