In a 11000/440 V transformer, when any one phase of 11 KV
supply fails (ie., single phasing), what happens to the
secondary voltage and why?

if the 11kv /440 v supply if one phase fails then at that
time open delta circuit takes place in that case the for
which the equipment connected to the secondary side , 440v
side will work below their efficiency
