hi.I'm going to take my visa interview in august.I did not
complected my engineering in time..It took me
4years+6months,with more backlogs.I have a total of
105backlogs with 65% in B.E. GRE with 1020.TOEFL with 80.I
had my 10th & inter as 67% and 68%.Can anyone plz tell me
the convinencing answer for BACKLOGS TO VISA officer

Dear Its impossible to 105 backlogs in your engineering.
Generally students have around 45 subjects during their
engg. its only possible if u had more than 2 backlogs for
each subjects. where did u completed your engg?
And if u really have 105 backlogs then tell VO abt that. Its
might be help you out.

hi, i am permananent resident of usa i want to sponser my wife when i get my citizenship which is late 2011(apon advice of lawyer friend) my wife is coming to usa for education(f-1) only thing left in her student visa is her interview all her documents are complete she is coming for 4 year education program. only thing I am worried about is can they deny her visa based on that me(her husband) is in usa. I do know while she is studying in usa and i become citizen and sponser her she does not have to go back to her country even after her visa is expired. if they bring this point up in interview what could they ask and what should be best reply thank you very much
Hello This is rahul.I got accepted in saint clod state university for Masters in engineering management program and i got funding too.My total i20 amount would be 6000 dollars yearly as i got scholarships. I actually had applied for 5 other universities but for electrical engineering program.Will they create a big problem for my visa?? Hi guys I had applied for US student visa and i had stayed in uk for 4 years and 10 months. I have a very serious problem.in my passport my name is like First name-Nakul Middle name-Kumar.There is no Last name as my father also doesnt keep one.Now one university is asking for Last name to be written else get a new passport(which is not at all a good option) for I20.The second option they gave is that to keep First name as FNU (First Name unknown) and Last name as "Nakul Kumar".This option will create serious problems in VISA interview.Kindly suggest what should I do.I got admit from this university and its required for I20.Please help.
