HII I AM A DOCTOR... AND I INTENDED TO GO TO US FOR APPEARING FOR MY USMLE ENTRANCE EXAMS... MY VISITORS VISA WAS REJECTED TWICE BECAUSE I FUMBLED WITH MY FINANCES..... LATER I APPLIED FOR STUDENT VISA THROUGH KAPLAN WHICH WAS FOR PREPARATORY COURSE FOR USMLE STEP 3... THE MAIN COURSE WAS FOR 4 MONTHS AND AN I20 WAS ISSUED FOR 9MONTHS... Hi,I am planning to apply H4 dependent visa for my spouse.her parents are already staying on green card in USA.so is there any chances of rejection of her H4 visa in interview because of her parents and younger brothers are already living there on Green card.
