Hr is involved in ensuring corporate structure is aligned
with business strategy to ensure company vision & objective
are being meet while process excellence is running at
maximum.
HR is involved in "People" "Plans" and "Processes"
The 3 P's. Both other answers are 'old school' dictionary
definitions and way off the mark for companies that which to
utilize their HR staff in an intelligent, effective and
productive manner.
