ACQUISITION MEANS WHEN ONE COMPANY ACQUIRE ANOTHER COMPANY
TO EXPAND THEIR BUSINESS & KNOWN WITH THE SAME NAME
EG: A + B = A
HERE A TOOK OVER THE COMPANY B & EXPAND THEIR BUSINESS
