Its not HSBC. Its HDFC Bank that you need to take DD from.

Hi, I am Titus. I have completed my B.E course on 2005 and I was having arrears which I cleared 2011. But I started to work from 2005 on wards.Totally I have 6 years experiance in IT. Now I am working XXX(joined 2010 , after cleared arrears). My employer willing to sponsor H1B visa and they are ready to approve. Hi, My company has initiated H1b for me...am not sure, on my appliaction. This is because: 1. An from non IT background[Mech engg] & have only 2.3 years of IT exp 2. I did my Engg after my diploma in mechanical. Guidelines says it should be [10+2+4]...But i have [10+3+3].. Please answer this...Am very confused...
