Hi All, I have attended for H1 yesterday. Interviewer was
not happy with the project desc and asked for more
documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she
asked me to drop them in the drop box.but she said not to
drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens
next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for
passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked
to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it
gonna be? Any one please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hi All
I understand this question , as i was also asked to show the
Project description or Project Report , The Project report
is of the one which we will be working in US , so there is a
specific report format, which needs to be given to the
consulate , i have seen a person exactly with the mentioned
situation in front of me when i visited the US consulate for
H1 , as i had a project report , i got through , you need to
provide the complete project report with all the details,
like design , architecture and so on ... my consultent even
provided his office snaps in US ...

Hello All, Recently my brother had interview @mumbai consulate although he got H1petion in CHENNAI.unfortunately he had applied fake experience letter from mumbai company.I think they VFS had verified it. On the day of the interview the consulate got him fake and made him write that it was a fake experience letter and gave this statement"WE WILL PROCESS YOUR WITHDRAWAL REQUEST". luckily they left him with passpot as he is higly qualified,nothing is mentioned in passport. Now my question is: 1. can he apply in future for USA again. 2.I heard that he cannot apply in his LIFE TIME, how far it is TRUE"-- Appreciate your Kindly HELP Advice: If you apply make sure some or other answer your call.

During this period i attend some graphics courses and joined classes to crack my post graduation entrance test. Hi, I am a BCom Graduate from Bangalore University, passed outin the year 2000. I have had arrears in my subjects while studying right from 1st, 2nd & 3rd year and few subjects a single digit marks. Now I have around 11years of IT experience as IT Manager. Apparently, I have a chance to go to the USA on H1B Visa(yet to get the letter in hand). Now my question is will the US consulate reject my stamping just because I have failed mark sheets though I got it cleared later? Can someone answer?? Thanks
