What are the advantage and disadvantage of Selenium IDE
tool?

As far as I know the Selenium IDE tool can only be used in
Mozilla Firefox browser as it is an Add-on for only that
browser and hence you cannot use it in other browsers.
It is a record & playback tool and the script format can be
written in various languages including C#, Java, PERL,
Python, PHP, HTML.

Can anybody write the test cases for the following scenario. I want to create District. for that, District Code field, District Name field, Reset button, Submit button, Back button are there in the screen. whenever we enter District Code & District Name in the related fields, by clicking on Submit button, District should be created.
