Hi I got my H1 b approved for 2008-2009. can i get my h1b
stamped in month on aug? what all documents i rqeuired from
my employer.

That is incorrect. You can go for interview as soon as you
receive Approval notice, however your travel to US will be
restricted based on validity of you Approval notice.
YOU CAN ONLY WORK IN US after OCT 1st

I have done BE in Mechanical and have 2 years 9 months of experience in IT company (completing 3 years in dec). Have been to US on B1 visa March 2010 . Hi All, This is karthik from bangalore, I have applied for my H1B and it got selected in lotto and it's approved on June 19 2008.Now i am waiting for mu interview date. I am working here with a software company for 3 years but before 6 months it was taken over by another concern and now all my revisal letter and pay slip will have both the companies name logo etc..... my questions is.. I was attened for H1b in chennai embassy,on nov14th 2005, but its in Admin Query, after few months exactly 364 days i got a personnel interview, in that they said we r sending ur file to INS because u dont have background computers, but in MBA i have computers subject i said, and i too worked in Canada for 1.5 years.
