Hi I got my H1 b approved for 2008-2009. can i get my h1b
stamped in month on aug? what all documents i rqeuired from
my employer.

That is incorrect. You can go for interview as soon as you
receive Approval notice, however your travel to US will be
restricted based on validity of you Approval notice.
YOU CAN ONLY WORK IN US after OCT 1st

i got H1B visa to Nigeria last year, but due to some personal problems i didn't go there.Now i applied for H1B to US and i wanna know that is there any problem with that in interview.
I worked in pune from sep 2006 to march 2008 . i applied h1b and got selected in lottery and got approval .In I179 place for attending interview is MUMBAI. present iam working in hyd from mar20 2008 to till date.my dout is where should i go for interview. Thanks.

If the H1B Visa got approved, what is the proper procedure to get relieved from company A and join company B ? Will there be any legal issues? 2. I am going to apply for H1B Visa next month. My husband had to go to Switzerland for work for a week,and also get his H1b Stamping from there.
