Project manager mostly concentrates on the attitude and
confidence of the candidate rather than the technical
knowledge.
He decides whether you are suited for the job profile
you are looking in to and also whether you will be stable
in the company for some time with out moving in to another
company,mostly your questions will be about your project
experience and your role in the previous company.
