TATA Sky has been so stupid cutting a lot of channels from
its pack.
Many people form South especially the Tamil and Malayalam
crowd were highly disappointed with their decisions to cut
a lot of channels.
TATA Sky does not have even 50% of the total number of
Malayalam and Tamil Channels available via the regular
Cable guy or Sun Direct.
In south Sundirect seems to be a clear king while TATA sky
is busy cutting down its number of employees to save the
very little money they have.
I requested them to take me off my customer list... a guy
from bangalore today called to say they cannot do it, but
will help me removing my email from their emailing list.
Now it is more clear about the million subscribers they
claim to have.
I stopped using TATA Sky which means TWO STBs and two
subscription is off but is still counted in the total
number of customers in the TATA Sky database.
There are so many other reasons why I kept away from
TATASky including the threatening letter from TATASky's
legal head through TRAI.
