Mainly in LAN we can use 4 types of cables:
1) STP – Shielded Twisted Pair
2) UTP- Unshielded Twisted Pair
UTP have 2 types 1 is Straight Cable 2 is Cross Cable
3) Coaxial Cable
4) Fiber Optic Cable
