2)All QA resource has enought functional knowledge
3)H/W and s/w are in place
4)Test plans and test cases are reviewed and signed off
Exit criteria:
1)No defect over a perod of time or testing effort
2)Planned deliverables are ready
3)High severity defects are fixed
