If we got build [say 2.0]to test, we test it & maintain the
log then we got same build [say 2.0] fixing bugs in the
same version 2.0 again we test it .My question is How we
maintain this second log of testing same build

One thing you should keep in before going to know answer
this question.
Version number is same for all builds but the Build number
varies.
For example some 'xyz' named product is under development.
First version of product is:
'xyz version 1.0'
This means devlopment team will select some baselined
requirements for version 1.0 and start implementing the
requirements.
After implementaion of requirments(U know implementaion
means requirements,design,coding,Unit testing,Integration)
the product 'xyz Version 1.0' build no. 001 will be given
for testing.
The Test log for product 'xyz Version 1.0' build no. 001'
will be maintained.
So the testing team will conduct testing and reports
bugs/issues to dev team using bug reporting tool.
Then The dev team will fix the bugs then they will release
the second build for testing with name-
Product 'xyz Version 1.0' build no. 002
Again the testing people will conduct regression testing
on that build and report bugs to dev. team.
The Test log for product 'xyz Version 1.0' build no. 002'
will be maintained.
This process repeates again and again.
