Hi i was rejected an us f1 visa on 10th of July. Is there
any rule that says that if rejected i can apply for the visa
only after six months?

No, there is no rule saying that u have to apply only after
six months, u can apply after two business days for new
visa. like u can apply on 13th of July onwards.

hi...this is mahe from hyd .i completd my bachelors of physiotherapy in 2009 WITH 65%,.i have 8 backlogs ,and igot I20 IN MBA HEALTH CARE MANGMT from liu,my toefl score is92 ,gre below 700.still now i didnt book my visa slot.due TO fear of backlogs,LOW GRE SCORE AND I CHOOSED MBA,,,,,,PLZ TELL ME HOW CAN I CONVINSED OFFICER ABOUT MY BACKLOGS,GRE AND MBA(bcoz my degree is pure science background) .....THANKU PLZ PLZ PLZ its urgent my intake is in spring 2011
Hi guys I had applied for US student visa and i had stayed in uk for 4 years and 10 months. I came back from uk on 27th november and had applied for US F-1 visa for july intake, so my question is I got 3 diff. degrees in mgt. and IT so what I will answer in interview if interviewer will ask me for my london education. i have been rejected on 11th of dec 09 for fi visa.consular asked about my academics which are bad i.e,5.04 cgpa and i have only one backlog because of attendance shortage she even asked about my backlogs i have answered the same she refused me straight away and said my academics are bad.I have 15 months of exp in a different field and my core is cse my gre is poor 780 and ielts is 6.0 can i book the slot again for the visa will i get it...?
