:-"Nobody's perfect, but based on what I know about this
position; I believe I am the outstanding match. I know that
when interviewer hire people, they look for two things most
of all. Do they have the qualifications to do the job well,
and the motivation to do it well? Everything in my
background shows I have both the qualifications and a strong
desire to achieve excellence in whatever I take on. So I can
say in all honesty that I see nothing that would cause you
even a small concern about my ability or my strong desire to
perform this job with excellence."(Or)" The truth is, I
really need to work on my leadership skills. I'm a good
worker and totally competent, but sometimes I lack the
confidence to stand up and take a leadership position." (Or)
As every coin has 2 sides in it I too have weakness. My
weakness is that 'I Believe People Easily' (Or) It’s a
matter of fact that no one can be 100% in all the aspects of
life whether at work place or else. The truth is I really
need to work on my leadership skills. I'm a good worker and
totally competent, but sometimes I lack the confidence to
stand up and take a leadership position.
