Hi,
Can anyone tell me about the H1B 2009 quota selection
result. Have any of you received the selection receipt, if
so till what time this will come. If rejected do they send
back the petition filed immediately or it will take longer.
And what is the duration to know whether you got selected
for H1B.
Guys any one Pl.throw some light on this.

I got selected last april and i just received a call
yesterday from my lawyer telling me that my application was
approved. i am just awaiting the approval notice that the
INS sent me.

I selected in H1B going 4 stamping in nov 2009, I have one question I'm maried in 2006 and we seperated in 2009 i dont have mariage certificate. it it mandatiory while going to stamping
hi all, My employer tcs has told me that they are filing for my h1 b visa but i am currently working in a domestic project. Will they file my visa or is it just another ploy to control attrition?

I went for an interview for H-1b visa stamping the visa officer was not satisfied with the doc and asked me to get list of employees, their sal, position and income tax papers. After a week I went back with all those doc, agin she has asked me to get unemploymentwagereport.My company is not ready to give to the report? hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case? Hi,My husband is approved for H1B visa and he needed to book for interview on September to go in October. He was once rejected B1 visa on March same year but we lost the paper and do not exactly remeber the reason of rejection but we know that it was because there was no enough ties for him in the UK and they were doubtful about if he would come back or not. If we cannot provide them the right reason, will they reject our visa. We have only got the papers which say that his H1B visa is approved.Please reply. Tina
