Hi,
Can anyone tell me about the H1B 2009 quota selection
result. Have any of you received the selection receipt, if
so till what time this will come. If rejected do they send
back the petition filed immediately or it will take longer.
And what is the duration to know whether you got selected
for H1B.
Guys any one Pl.throw some light on this.

I got selected last april and i just received a call
yesterday from my lawyer telling me that my application was
approved. i am just awaiting the approval notice that the
INS sent me.

Hi guys, I worked in USA on OPT from july 07 to july08 for employer A. Same employer A applied for my H1B and got approved with start date of 1 oct 2008. I returned to india within my 60 days F1 grace period in sep 08. In DS156 form should i write i am employed or no?

Hi All, I got H1B in the year 2008 and i have been there for 5 months and had my SSN and DL and i didnt hold any paystrubs and due to market down fall i was back to india and now am i eligible to apply in the same cap or need to go through fresh H1B filing. I was attened for H1b in chennai embassy,on nov14th 2005, but its in Admin Query, after few months exactly 364 days i got a personnel interview, in that they said we r sending ur file to INS because u dont have background computers, but in MBA i have computers subject i said, and i too worked in Canada for 1.5 years.
