I had God the initial stamping For my previous intake and due to insufficient time at my final stamping my visa was canceled... i would like to know should i need to apply once again for visa or it will be forwarded.. or if i apply once again i need to inform then that i got last time initial stamping at it was cancelled for a reason?

I had applied for MBA at a renowned German Business school and consequently have recieved an offer. I have a small doubt regarding my IELTS score validity. Hi every body, I applied for student visa ,all my documents was complete but the embassy reject me becouse of my language!!!but I have IELTS 6.0 and that is enough for my university and they accepted me in master!! I don't know what shall I do?!!!I have just 45 days to start the semester and embassy do this!!!
