Cause: The event detection mechanism for the address
specified returned an error.
Action: Future attempts to detect events on this address
will fail. The listener will deallocate the listen address
and connections will no long be accepted for this address.
This error is not normally visible to the user. For further
details, turn on tracing and reexecute the operation. If
error persists, contact Oracle Customer Support.
