Cause: A pump became an orphaned process. A protocol adapter
is not working properly or machine network resources are
being over used.
Action: This error is not immediately fatal; the orphaned
pump may continue to function. Restart the Interchange when
convenient. If the problem persists, call Oracle Customer
Support.
