RMAN-08550: autobackup search outside recovery area not attempted because DBID was not set..

Answer / guest

Cause: Restore of a controlfile autobackup was attempted
without DBID being set.

Action: If you want to search for autobackup outside
recovery area, then specify the DBID of the database using
SET DBID.
