Cause: An auxiliary parameter file was specified with SET
AUXILIARY INSTANCE PARAMETER FILE command but the specified
file cannot be found.
Action: Set the parameter file to an existen file or retry
the command without setting AUXILIARY INSTANCE PARAMETER FILE.
