Cause: A join present in the materialized view requires
validated primary/foreign key constraints in ENFORCED query
rewrite integrity mode.
Action: Validate the constraint or change the integrity mode
with ALTER SESSION SET QUERY_REWRITE_INTEGRITY =
STALE_TOLERATED command.
