Cause: Only top level subprograms or subprogram declarations
in PACKAGE or TYPE specifications are allowed to have the
options DETERMINISTIC or PARALLEL_ENABLE. For example, this
error would be raised if the options are used in PACKAGE or
TYPE body.
Action: remove the option.
