Cause: Datatype or variable equivalencing to the datatypes
NUMBER or DECIMAL cannot be used. See the "Datatype
Equivalencing" section in the Programmer's Guide to the
Oracle Precompilers for more information.
Action: Use the appropriate datatype for the application.
