Cause: The precompiler option TYPE_CODE=ANSI was used
without also specifying DYNAMIC=ANSI. The precompiler option
DYNAMIC=ANSI must be specifiied if TYPE_CODE=ANSI.
Action: Set the precompiler option DYNAMIC=ANSI in addition
to TYPE_CODE=ANSI or do not set TYPE_CODE=ANSI.
