Cause: This happens if: (1) the OLAP API sharable library is
missing. (2) a sharable library upon which the OLAP API
sharable library depends is missing. (3) the OLAP API
sharable library is the wrong version.
Action: Ensure that Oracle is properly installed with the
OLAP option. If the RDBMS has been patched, review the patch
log for errors. If the problem persists, report it to Oracle
Customer Support.
