ORA-36952: (XSFCAST23) You cannot specify a cycle number
when querying the string forecasting option.

Cause: A cycle number was specified in a call to FCQUERY to
retrieve forecast data not related to a cycle.
Action: Remove the cycle specification from the call to FCQUERY.
