Cause: User attempted to MAINTAINT ADD or DELETE a list
value from a LIST parititon template, but didn't specify
which partition to add to or delete from.
Action: Specify the partition: maintain (template) add to
partition (partitionname) (values) or maintain (template)
delete from partition (partitionname) (values)
