Cause: The client detected a mismatch between the server's
distinguished name specified on the server's certificate and
the server's SID or service name.
Action: Refer to the SSL chapter in Oracle Advanced Security
Administrator's Guide for information about enabling server
distinguished name matching. Contact your administrator to
perform the appropriate action.
