Cause: The authentication service failed to retrieve the
name of a user.
Action: Enable tracing to determine which routine is failing.

1. Remove your SYSTEM from NETWORK
2. Disable any FIREWALL setting.
3. UNINSTALL complete Oracle Software
4. Restart you system
5. Again try to install
