Cause: An attempt was made to specify master rollback
segment in the current operation. The master site of the
current materialized view does not allow users to specify a
rollback segment to be used for materialized view
operations. This feature is only supported by Oracle8 or
later master sites.

Action: Do not specify a master rollback segment in the
current operation or choose a new master site.
