ORA-01239: database must be in ARCHIVELOG mode to use

Cause: An online file uses an external cache, but the
database is in NOARCHIVELOG mode. Since an external cache
may require media recovery this can not be allowed.
Action: Change database to be in ARCHIVELOG mode or do not
use an external cache.
