ORA-01226: file header of log member is inconsistent with
other members

Cause: The log file member in the accompanying error is for
the same group as the previous members, but other fields in
the header are different. Either a file header is corrupted,
or some file is a member of a deleted log.
Action: Find the correct log member or omit this member from
the command.
