Cause: Picture mask options such as OCCUR, SYNC and others
are not processed by the UTL_PG numeric conversion routines.
Action: This is an informational message only. The message
may be eliminated by removing the unnecessary picture mask
options from the parameter list passed to the UTL_PG routine.
