Cause: A syntax error was found in the SEPARATE CHARACTER
option of the SIGN clause in the mask options parameter
passed to a UTL_PG conversion routine. Valid specifications
are: SEPARATE SEPARATE CHARACTER
Action: Correct the mask options parameter.
