Cause: The floating point exponent symbol 'E' was specified
in the picture mask parameter passed to a UTL_PG conversion
routine. The floating point data type is currently not
supported by the UTL_PG conversion routines.

Action: Correct the picture mask parameter, and the data, if
necessary.
