Cause: A syntax error was found in the JUSTIFIED clause in
the mask options parameter passed to a UTL_PG conversion
routine. Valid specifications are: JUST JUST RIGHT JUSTIFIED
JUSTIFIED RIGHT
Action: Correct the mask options parameter.
