Cause: Attempt to get count of total worker processes alive
failed.

Action: Check the additional error messages to see what
caused the failure. Correct the error, if possible, and try
the operation again. If this error occurs from a Data Pump
client (e.g. expdp or impdp), try the operation again. If
the error occurs again, contact Oracle Customer Support and
report the error.
