Cause: The creation of system trigger
EXPFIL_ALTEREXPTAB_MAINT failed due to errors in
SYS.EXF$DBMS_EXPFIL_SYSPACK package.
Action: Try a clean installation again. If this error is
ignored, a RENAME of the expression table may cause the
EVALUATE queries to fail.
