Cause: The specified filter is invalid. It contains at least
one invalid filter item. If a filter item has a string list,
it becomes illegal when the string list cannot be
successfully parsed. If the filter item contains a range
definition, and the lower bound of the range is greater than
the higher bound, the item also becomes invalid.
Action: Remove the illegal filter with the purge_filter
sub-program and redefine a correct filter
