Cause: The Heterogeneous Services received invalid describe
information for a select list, bind list, or stored
procedure from the Heterogeneous Services agent. This
indicates a problem with the Heterogeneous Services'
non-Oracle system agent.
Action: Contact customer support of the agent vendor.
