Cause: User-specified BLKSIZE (blocking factor) is not a
multiple of the minimum block size that is permitted on this
platform.
Action: Two ADDITIONAL INFORMATION messages are displayed
which show the blocking factor provided by the user and the
minimum physical block size. Specify a BLKSIZE that is an
integral multiple of the minimum block size.
