Cause: Certain operations on LOB/LONG columns of the LCR
through rule-based transformations, DML handlers, or error
handlers were not allowed.
Action: Do not perform restricted operations on LOB or LONG
columns in LCRs. See the documentation for operations that
are restricted on LOB/LONG columns in LCRs.
